Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Donegan came to PCC from General Electric Company in 1985. He has held numerous management positions with the Company before becoming Chairman. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Donegan was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2001 to 2002, was elected to the position of Chief Executive Officer following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in August 2002, and was elected to the position of Chairman following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in August 2003.
Don R. Graber
President and Chief Executive Officer of Colleton Enterprises LLC, a private consulting and investment company located in Dayton, Ohio, since March 2005. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Graber was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Huffy Corporation, retiring from Huffy in January 2004. Mr. Graber was previously President of Worldwide Household Products Group at The Black & Decker Corporation.
General Lester L. Lyles USAF (Ret.)
Retired from the USAF where he served from 2000-2003 as CEO/Commander, Air Force Materiel Command, responsible for implementing all U.S. Air Force research, development acquisition and logistics/sustainment. General Lyles served as COO/Vice Chief of Staff of U.S. Air Force from 1999- 2000. He is also a director of General Dynamics Corporation, KBR Corp. and The Dayton Power and Light Company.
Daniel J. Murphy
Retired. Mr. Murphy was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alliant Techsystems Inc., a supplier of aerospace and defense products and ammunition, located in Edina, Minnesota, until November 2009, having joined ATK in 2001. Prior to joining ATK, Mr. Murphy was in the United States Navy where he served for 30 years and retired with the rank of Vice Admiral in December 2000.
Vernon E. Oechsle
Retired. Until May 2001, Mr. Oechsle was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quanex Corporation, a manufacturer of steel bars, aluminum shapes and steel tubes and pipes.
Ulrich (Rick) Schmidt
Retired. Mr. Schmidt was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc., a company offering a full and diverse line of products and services for aerospace design, manufacturing and support, from August 2005 to October 2009. From October 2000 to August 2005, Mr. Schmidt was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Goodrich Corporation.
Richard L Wambold
Retired. Mr. Wambold was Chief Executive Officer of Pactiv Corporation, a producer of consumer and food service/food packaging products, from November 1999 when Pactiv was spun-off from its parent company, Tenneco Inc. until January 2011. Mr. Wambold was Chairman of Pactiv from March 2000 to November 2010. Prior to joining Pactiv, Mr. Wambold held operating positions with Tenneco Inc. and with J. I. Case, a manufacturer of farm and construction equipment. Mr. Wambold is also a director of Cooper Tire and Rubber Company.
Timothy A. Wicks
President of Ingenix Outsourcing, a business unit of the Ingenix division of UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, a diversified health care company. Mr. Wicks has been President since May 2010. Prior to joining Ingenix, Mr. Wicks served as an executive officer of YRC Worldwide, Inc., a transportation service provider, initially as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wicks was a director and non-executive chairman of GenCorp Inc. within the past five years.
